Who this website is for

This website is meant for professional, institutional and accredited investors, as each of those terms is defined where you are. It is not meant for retail investors.

It is not directed at US persons, at anyone subject to sanctions, or at anyone in a country where publishing or accessing its content would break local law. If any of these applies to you, please leave the site. It is your responsibility to check that your use is lawful where you are.

Information, not an offer or advice

Everything here is general information about AGVector and its approach. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, fund interest, loan or token.

Any offer is made only through the offering documents of the relevant pool, and only to investors who meet its eligibility rules. If anything on this site differs from those documents, the documents apply.

Regulatory status

AGVector is not licensed or regulated as an investment manager or adviser by any financial regulator. Its pools and products are not registered with, approved by or supervised by any regulator unless their offering documents say so. Investors therefore do not have the protections that regulated products may offer. Some pools may not be available where you are.

No reliance

We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change it without notice. Do your own due diligence and take independent advice before making any investment decision.

Statements about the future, including targets, plans and expectations, are not promises. Past performance, and any backtested or simulated figures, do not predict future results.

Key risks

Investing with AGVector involves significant risk, and you can lose some or all of the money you invest. The main risks include:

• Digital asset markets are highly volatile and can fall sharply within hours.
• Stablecoins used for settlement, such as USDT and USDC, can lose their link to the US dollar, and their issuers can freeze or delay redemptions.
• Borrowers in lending pools can default. Security or seniority improves the chance of recovery but does not guarantee it, and enforcing a claim can be slow and costly, especially across countries.
• Discretionary mandates depend on the judgment of the investment team, which can be wrong. The research models we use can rely on poor data or fail when conditions change.
• Pools may have lock-ups, notice periods or redemption limits, and may suspend redemptions. You may not get your money back when you want it.
• Custodians, exchanges and other service providers can fail, be hacked or freeze assets.
• Tokens that represent real-world assets depend on the legal structure and issuer behind them, and your rights to the underlying asset may be hard to enforce.
• Smart contracts can contain bugs, blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and lost wallet keys can mean permanent loss.
• Rules for digital assets are changing and may restrict who can invest, change how investments are taxed, or require a pool to change, pause or close.

This is not a complete list. Each pool's offering documents describe its risks in full. Invest only money you can afford to lose.

Our use of models

Our research uses software models, including machine-learning tools, to gather and structure information. Investment decisions are made by people within each pool's rules. The use of models does not reduce any of the risks above.

Interests and related parties

AGVector, its staff and related companies may invest in, lend to or provide services to the pools and products described here, and may have interests that differ from yours. Where this matters, it is set out in the offering documents.

RWAxT is a related platform managed by AGVector. Its website has its own terms and disclosures, which apply when you use it.

Using this site

Do not use the site to break the law, to get around eligibility or sanctions rules, to interfere with the site or its security, or to copy its content in bulk by automated means.

The site's design, text, logos and the AGVector name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference; other use needs our written permission. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for sites we do not control.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or restrict anyone's access to it, at any time.

Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the site, from relying on its content, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

This page and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
